Business Service Plan (BSP):

Our Service plan for business is customized to your business size, need and budget. We provide very competitive discounts for monthly plans. BSPs include (but are not limited to) the following services:

•     Hardware Diagnostics and maintenance (CPU/ RAM/ Power Supply/ cooling fans/ etc...)

•     Software upgrades and updates (update spyware definitions/ install up-to-date security patches/ maximize system performance/ etc...) 

•     Hardware cleaning and maintenance (cleaning dust inside computers, monitors, mouse, keyboards, etc...)

•     User Support Service Plan ( Assists users with computer problems, new equipment installation and trainings, etc...)

Trip Charge: $15.00

Service Fee: $60.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour

$15.00 per quarter hour after the first hour

Minimum Service duration is one hour plus $15.00 trip charge. Parts, shipping and taxes are not included. All appointments require a 2-hours notice of cancellation to avoid one hour minimum charge.
